In terms of high pressure casting globe valves, passageway variation in seat has direct proportion relationship with stroke of disc. The stem of high pressure casting globe valves has relative short stroke and very reliable cutting off performance. Adding with the direct proportion relationship between passageway variation and stroke of disc, high pressure casting globe valves are quite suitable for regulating flow. Nevertheless, globe valves are fit for cutting off, regulating and throttling. The disc of high pressure casting globe valves has short stroke. Sealing face can endure multi times on-off. So, globe valves can be used for situation which needs frequent on-off and most of media flow systems. High pressure casting globe valves have been widely used in petrochemistry, power, metallurgy, urban construction, chemical industry and other industries. 

 

Features of high pressure casting globe valves

1. Reasonable structure, steady properties, reliable quality, convenience for installation and operation;

2. The sealing face of disc and seat is spray welded by using cemented carbide which has different hardness. Sealing face has reliable sealing, high hardness, wearing and temperature resistance, long service life.

3. The stem has good abrasion resistance and wearing resistance after being heat treated.

4. Various connection types are used to meet different piping requirements, flange standards and sealing face of flange.   

 

Materials used for high pressure casting globe valves

Carbon steel globe valves: Disc 13Cr; Seat: WCB+HF, WC6+HF or LCC+HF;

Stainless steel globe valves: Disc: 304 or 316; seat: OCr18Ni9+HF or OCr17Ni12Mo2+HF; Sealing face of disc and seat has high hardness, good washing resistance and corrosion resistance.
