Tips for Installing Pneumatic Stainless Steel Ball Valve

The following are the tips for installing pneumatic stainless steel ball valve:
There are no requirements for installing forms of pneumatic stainless steel ball valve. However, electrical motor should be installed horizontally and electrical box cover should be installed horizontally or straight up, which are advantageous for lubrication, debugging, maintenance and manual operation.

During installation, space should be maintained for crews disassembling parts. During installing, disassembling or debugging, sealing face, sealing parts and explosion proof surface of explosion proof electric must not be damaged. Explosion proof surface must be covered with rust preventative oil.

Tips for using air diaphragm actuator on pneumatic stainless steel ball valve:
1. Electrical box cover must not be removed to test electric device with electricity under explosive environment. Power source must be cut off before opening electrical box cover.
2. Window on opening machine cannot hit with hard object.
3. It is prohibited to open electrical box cover, electric motor or other sealing parts in the open air, when it is rainy.
4. After maintenance, electrical box cover, electric motor and other sealing parts should be covered tightly and firmly in case of rainwater or humidity entering, which may result in electric components losing efficacy and parts rusting.
5. Different three-phrase motor special for pneumatic stainless steel ball valve must be adopted. Rated working time cannot exceed 10 minutes. Installation and debugging must be noticed in case of electric motor overheating.
