Stainless steel high pressure ball valve is manufactured by using forging. The density of material is higher than that of material by casting. Forging is quite suitable for manufacturing high pressure ball valves. The closure member of stainless steel high pressure ball valve is ball. The ball rotates with center line of body to open or close valve. Sealing element is embedded inside stainless steel seat. Tail end of metal seat is equipped with spring. When sealing face is damaged or burned out, seat forms metal sealing with ball under promotion of spring. The valve has unique automatic pressure relieving function. When the pressure of media inside mesocoele exceeds preload of spring, outlet seat retreat and break away from ball to realize pressure self-relieve; after relieving, seat reset automatically. Stainless steel high pressure ball valve is not only suitable for water, solvents, acids, gas and other common media, but also suitable for odious media, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene, etc. Stainless steel high pressure ball valve has been widely used in various industries.
